This is the title that is written on the outside of the original reel, the actual title of the film is: Instytut Chirurgii Urazowej im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Piekarach Śląskich. (Free translation: "Institute of the causality surgery of the name Tadeusz Kościuszko in Piekary Silesian.") This is a hospital funded by Unitarians in Piekary/Silesia, Poland, and it specializes in causality surgery. The film shows the opening of the hospital. The hospital is still in Poland, and It was named for Tadeusz Kościuszko, who was a Polish hero fighting in Poland and in America for independence. This film was reformatted, and this box contains DVDs, a Betacam master, and a film-to-film copy. The original reel is nitrate film, and it was donated to the Library of Congress.
