Organization Description:
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) provides pastoral opportunities to interact with patients, families, staff and visitors in an acute care, trauma level-1 Harvard academic medical center.
Opportunities for Student Involvement:
Students will provide pastoral care to patients and families under the guidance of the supervisor, Buddhist chaplain, Tsering Lama. Students may attend groups facilitated by the supervisor.
Commute/Transportation Information:
Harvard shuttle to Longwood Medical area.
