A Unitarian Christian church with a unique history and Anglican-based Prayerbook, students at King's Chapel are offered opportunities to learn and serve in a broad range of capacities and work as a partner with a large and experienced professional staff. Monthly preaching at the Wednesday service or Sunday services, and the chance to assist in the more than 150 worship services each year, or in our growing Church School and adult education program, in a parish with a strong community presence, provide the rich context for field service work in downtown Boston.

Opportunities for Student Involvement:

1) Assist in conducting Sunday worship (monthly) and preach at the Midweek service held Wednesdays at 5:30 PM (monthly); 2) teach a church school class; 3) make pastoral calls; 4) teach an adult class; 5) weddings, projects, staff meetings and more.

Commute/Transportation Information:

Both the chapel and the offices are located in the heart of downtown Boston, easily accessible by the T. There is also public parking available nearby.
