Description

This course is designed to equip future ministers with the knowledge, skills, resourcefulness, and self-awareness needed to form the faith of Unitarian Universalists in the 21st century. We will explore history and trends in religious education, human development, authentic pedagogy, multicultural/anti-oppressive methodologies, the use of curriculum, and best practices for working with religious education professionals. Grounded in the recognition that our world is in a time of great change, we will explore relevant ways of nurturing a faith of integrity, interconnectedness, wholeness, and service in the hearts of our people.
